Through Study & Consultation

In this phase we extensively study the existing systems, environment and in use current procedures, in detail, to have the first-hand knowledge of the problems and keeping in view the organizational culture we, at times, interview all the stakeholders who may be among concerned officers, staff or workers to gather their views and practical recommendations about the possible improvements. Thia method also helps in building ownership of the new solution. At the end of this exercise both Karsaaz EBS and the client are absolutely clear about what is required. 

Architectural and Overall Design 

After the completion of study phase, we proceed with development of solution and systems to be followed. Like for instance in case of process/ business automation the computer inputs / outputs are designed and accordingly computer master file layouts and system diagrams are prepared. In this process the tools and technologies to be used are also identified and available options are also conveyed to clients. 

Discussions and Finalization

Our findings, conclusions and suggestions are discussed with such persons / decision makers as may be nominated by a client. The views and recommendations of those officials if mutually agreed are incorporated in the final system. On the one hand this ensures that the detailed developmental work (the next phase) will be in the right direction and on the other hand it gives sense of participation to key officials in client organization. Normally detailed implementation / development and coding is the longest phase in any installation or computerization project but our experts through their knowledge, experience and developed strategies / software already available, are able to complete it at amazingly fast speed without losing accuracy.
