The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) is the world association of conformity assessment accreditation bodies and other organisations involved in conformity assessment activities. Certifications issued by IAF‑accredited bodies demonstrate that an organisation’s management system has been independently assessed and found to meet international standards.

Our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications cover corporate governance, strategic planning and centralised support services for the Karsaaz group. The certifications demonstrate that our processes for quality management and information security meet the requirements of the respective standards and have been independently audited. Our certification is valid until its expiry date as shown on the certificate and is subject to regular surveillance audits by the accredited certification body.
We are committed to maintaining our certifications through continual improvement. Surveillance audits are scheduled annually, and recertification audits occur every three years. Should the scope of certification change (for example, due to expansion of operations), we will update our record accordingly.
